– Self-Employed OK Need Last 2 Years Tax Returns all Schedules

– Landlord Name/Address — 2 Years or Current Mortgage Statement

– Employer Name/Address — 2 Years minimum

– Bank Statements — Most Recent 3 Months, All Pages

– 12 Months Cancelled Checks if Renting
– Self-Employed — Last 2 Years Tax Returns with all Schedules, YTD, P & L

– Driver’s License Clear Copies including Picture & all 4 corners

– Certificate of Eligibility (VA)

– Statements on All Open Loans if not listed on credit report – The more of the above that is supplied the easier it will be to gain loan approval.
